BetLabel Legal Information for Croatian Players

This page is the rulebook that sits for Croatian readers. It explains how personal data is used, how cookies work, how sports tickets are settled, how the account contract works, and how to reach support.

Read the sections before you create a profile or send money. Use after the publication date means you accept the live version for later activity. Settled tickets keep the rules that applied when they were accepted, unless a competent body requires a correction.

It is still written for people who live in Croatia or who hold a Croatian residential address. It is not legal advice from a Croatian lawyer. Mandatory rights under Croatian or EU law that cannot be waived stay in place.

Privacy Policy

This policy describes personal data collected through BetLabel, the reasons for collection, the storage period, and the choices you have. The brand name is BetLabel. The operating company is TechSolutions Group N.V. Data questions go through the contact routes at the bottom of this page.

Data we collect from Croatian and other users

We collect the fields you type at registration: legal name, date of birth, email, phone number if you add one, residential address, username, and a stored password. We collect verification files when a check starts: identity card or passport images, proof of address, and proof that a payment method is yours. We collect cashier records: deposits, withdrawals, masked method data, amounts, times, and status. We collect play records: tickets, stakes, odds, game rounds, bonus claims, and device logs needed to secure the login.

Technical data arrives from the browser or app: IP address, device type, browser type, language, approximate location from IP, cookie IDs, and error logs. Support tickets add the message, the attachments, and the thread. Survey answers are collected only if you choose to send them.

We do not create accounts for people who never asked. We do not demand health files as a condition of play. Extra text you type in chat becomes part of the ticket.

Why the data is used

Account and verification data confirm that you are an adult, reduce fraud, and support anti-money laundering duties that apply to a licensed gaming operator. Cashier data moves funds, flags chargebacks, and keeps an audit trail. Play data settles tickets, applies bonus rules, fills history, and helps engineers find faults. Technical data protects sessions, enforces location rules, and diagnoses outages. Support data answers you and trains staff on repeated problems.

Marketing is separate. Promotional mail and push alerts go out only when a valid basis exists for you, such as consent or a narrow service notice. You can stop promotional mail in settings or through the unsubscribe link. Security messages, payout messages, and rule-change messages can still be sent because they belong to the contract.

If you are in Croatia, remember that local tax and regulatory bodies can have their own reporting expectations. We process data to run the site. We do not act as your personal tax office. Keep your own records if you must declare activity at home.

Legal bases, processors, and transfers

We rely on the need to perform the account contract, the need to meet legal duties, the need to protect the platform, and consent where a real choice exists (optional cookies, optional newsletters).

Processors include payment firms, identity-check vendors, game studios that need a session token, hosting and security vendors, and advisers under confidentiality. Authorities receive data when the law requires it or when a valid order is served. We do not sell personal data as a catalogue.

Some vendors sit outside Croatia and outside the EEA. Transfers use contracts and vendor security measures. A live table hosted in another country still receives only what it needs to seat you and to settle the hand.

Retention, security, and rights

Account and payment records are kept for the period required by gaming, tax, and anti-money laundering rules. That period is longer than the life of a password. When the period ends and no hold remains, we delete or anonymize the row. Backups rotate on an operational cycle and cannot be edited piece by piece.

Security includes encrypted transport, limited staff access, unusual-login monitoring, and extra checks before high-risk changes. You still need a unique password and an inbox that only you read.

Depending on the law that applies to you, including EU data-protection rules when they apply, you can request a copy of your data, a correction, a restriction, an objection to optional marketing, and erasure where no legal keep-period blocks it. You can complain to a supervisory authority. Croatian users may contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) as well as support. We will ask you to prove that you own the account before we release a file.

Minors and automated checks

The service is for adults. A profile that belongs to a minor is closed. Data is removed where the law allows removal.

Automated checks cover location, bonus abuse, and payment risk. They exist to protect the site and to meet legal duties. If a check hits you and you think the fact is wrong, ask support for a person to review it. A review does not flip a result when the document or the location is confirmed.

Cookies are small files on your device. Related tools include local storage, pixels, and mobile software kits. This policy uses one word, cookies, for all of them.

Cookie groups

Necessary cookies keep the login, store the language, hold the bet slip while you change pages, and protect the session. The site cannot run without them. They are set because you asked for the service.

Preference cookies store odds format, theme if offered, and chat-window state. They are optional in principle. Switching them off means you repeat the same clicks next time.

Analytics cookies show which pages are slow, which markets open, and where the registration form is left unfinished. They use aggregated or pseudonymous IDs. They do not hand your password to a studio.

Marketing cookies measure whether a banner led to a registration and cap how often you see the same advert. They are optional. Refusing them does not block account creation. You may still see generic ads that are not built from your profile.

Control for users in Croatia

A banner can appear on the first visit. Settings in the footer let you change the choice later. Browser tools can delete files. Deleting a necessary cookie logs you out. A "do not track" signal is respected where law and setup allow it. It does not erase security logs.

Game studios can set their own cookies when a title launches. Blocking all third-party cookies can stop a live table from opening. That is a technical limit.

The cookie list inside the settings panel is the live inventory, because vendors rename tags. The four groups above stay stable when a single file name changes.

Betting Rules

These rules cover sports, virtual sports, and related markets. Casino titles follow their studio rules plus the general terms. A sport annex, when published, wins for that sport.

When a bet exists

A click is an offer until the system accepts it. Acceptance appears in history with a ticket number, odds, stake, and market wording. If the connection drops, open history before you click again. A phone screenshot is not acceptance.

We can refuse or cap a bet. Typical reasons are a suspended market, an obvious price error, a location conflict, a bonus limit, or a liability cap. A refused bet does not lock the advertised price.

Minimum and maximum stakes sit on the slip or the market. Maximum payouts can apply per ticket, per event, or per day. Amounts above a cap are not paid.

Prices, errors, and voids

Prices can move until acceptance. After acceptance the locked price stands unless the ticket is void. An obvious error includes a price far outside the true market, swapped home and away names, two contradictory lines for one outcome, or a settlement that ignores the official score.

If the error is caught before the event ends, we can void and return the stake. If it is caught after settlement, we can correct the ticket to the price or result that should have applied. We do not use this clause to rewrite a fair price that lost.

A ticket is void and the stake comes back when the event is abandoned and not finished in the window set for that sport, when the participants were named wrongly, or when no official result exists. If one leg of a multiple is void, the multiple usually continues on the other legs at reduced odds, unless the annex voids the whole slip.

Live bets and official results

Live bets are accepted only while the market is open. A goal in the HNL, a red card, a timeout, or a feed delay can freeze the line. Bets accepted before the material event stay on. Bets that sneak through during a freeze can be voided.

Results follow the official body or the named data source at the end of scheduled time, including added time when that time counts for the market. Unless the market text says otherwise, extra time and penalties do not count on full-time 1X2 or full-time totals in football. Player markets follow official stats. Later stat corrections can trigger a resettlement inside a reasonable window.

Postponed matches, walkovers, and forfeits follow the sport annex. Default rule: a match that starts and then stops before a deciding result voids the markets that are still open. Markets already decided, such as first goal, can stand.

Cash-out, each-way, and systems

Cash-out is an offer that can change or vanish. Accepting it settles at the number shown. A cash-out that fails because the price moved is not a sale.

Each-way bets, where listed, split the stake into win and place. Place terms sit on the market. Systems settle combination by combination. Dead-heat rules cut the return when more than one selection shares a finish.

Integrity

You must own the account. You must not use non-public information. You must not collude to move a market. We can void tickets and close profiles when those rules break. Match-fixing information can be shared with sporting bodies and with authorities.

Terms and Conditions

These terms are the contract for the website, the mobile app, and any related service that uses your BetLabel account. If you disagree, do not register and do not send funds.

Who may open an account

You must be 18 or older, or older if your country sets a higher gambling age. You must have capacity to contract. You must not be in a blocked location. You must not be self-excluded on this brand. You must not be banned by law from gambling.

Croatian law decides who may offer betting and casino games to people in Croatia. These terms do not grant a right to use the product where national law requires a local authorization that this brand does not hold. If access is refused, that refusal is part of the service boundary.

One person holds one account. Profiles that share a device, address, payment method, or document can be treated as one household unless you prove a genuine separate use. Extra accounts opened to farm bonuses can be closed and stripped of bonus value.

Details must be true and current. The password stays private. Activity on the login is treated as your activity. Write to support at once if you think someone else used it.

Money, bonuses, and cash-outs

The balance is held for play and for withdrawal under these terms. It does not pay interest. It is not a Croatian bank deposit. Bonus funds are not cash until they convert under the offer.

Deposits must come from a method in your name. Third-party deposits can be reversed. Source-of-funds files can be requested. Withdrawals go only to accepted methods and, when required, only after verification.

Bonus rules sit beside these terms. Claiming an offer means you accept its wagering, weighting, expiry, max stake, and max cash-out. Irregular play, opposite-side looping, and use of software faults can remove the bonus and the related wins.

We can change deposit, withdrawal, and market limits. We can hold a cash-out during a review. We will say whether we need a file, a delay, or a decision. We will not publish every internal risk flag if that would teach someone how to evade controls.

Software and downtime

Casino games come from studios. The studio result is the result. If a title crashes after the server has locked the round, the locked result stands. If the title never starts, the stake returns. A title can disappear when a studio contract ends or when a fairness check fails.

Uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, attacks, and local internet cuts happen. If official sports data is missing, void rules apply. After a phone crash, read history before you repeat a stake.

Conduct we do not allow

No bots or hidden automation on bets or offers. No attacks on the site. No abuse of staff or other users. No stolen payment data. No use of the cashier to hide the origin of money. No promotion of unofficial copies of the brand. No attempt to hide a Croatian location in order to open a closed market.

A breach can bring a warning, bonus removal, a short lock, a permanent close, and a report to a payment firm or an authority. Fraud can lead to a hold on funds where the law allows that hold.

Closing the account, changing the text, liability

You can ask us to close the profile. We can close it for silence, for legal reasons, or for breach. Accepted tickets still settle. Cash that is not under a hold can leave through a verified method.

We can change these terms, the betting rules, and the bonus rules. Material changes are posted on the site. Later use is acceptance of the new text for later activity. If you reject a change, stop and request closure.

The product is entertainment. We do not accept liability for lost profit, lost chance, or indirect loss. We do not accept liability for studio or payment outages beyond returning an unspent stake or an unfinished deposit where that return is possible. This sentence does not limit liability that the law says cannot be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

If one clause falls, the others stay. Disputes start with support. If support cannot finish the case, use the complaint route in the license materials and any published alternative-dispute channel. Croatian courts and Croatian consumer rules may still apply to you when mandatory law says they apply. This paragraph does not ask you to give up a right you cannot give up.

Names, marks, and outbound links

The BetLabel name and the site design belong to the operator or to licensors. Do not copy them for a commercial project. Studio marks belong to studios. Links to payment brands or help organizations lead to third-party terms.

Contacts

Use the official login to reach support. Chat is fastest for a cashier or document question. Email is better when you need to attach files. Do not paste a full card number. Do not paste a password.

Include the registered email, the account ID if you have it, any earlier ticket number, and a short timeline. For a sports dispute add the bet ID, the event, and the acceptance time. For a payment dispute add the method, the amount, and the exact request time. Clean files cut the number of replies.

The operator is TechSolutions Group N.V. The brand is BetLabel. The remote gaming license is Curaçao Gaming Authority number OGL/2024/590/0758. That license identifies the offshore framework. It is not, by itself, an authorization issued by the Croatian Ministry of Finance. Questions that support cannot close can be taken to the channels published by the licensing authority and to any complaint path listed in the licence papers.

Use the live footer and the public license register for the current registered-office line. Do not post original identity cards unless support asks for a method other than a secure upload.

For responsible-play help, set limits or exclusion in the account first, then ask support to confirm the lock. For health or debt help in Croatia, use local professional services and the national responsible-gaming routes. Support can lock a profile. Support cannot replace a doctor or a debt counsellor.
