BetLabel Legal Information for International Players
BetLabel Legal Information for International Players
This page collects the legal texts that govern a BetLabel account. It covers how personal data is handled, how cookies work, how sports bets are settled, how the contract between you and the platform is formed, and how you can contact support. The home page describes the product. This page describes the rules.
Please read the full text before you register, deposit, or claim a bonus. Using the site after the date of publication means you accept the version that is live at that moment. If a section is updated, the new version applies from the update date to later activity. Past bets already settled keep the rules that applied at the time of acceptance, unless a regulator or a court requires a different outcome.
These texts are written in plain English for an international audience. They are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer in your country. If your local law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain in place.
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what data BetLabel collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and what choices you have. The operator of the platform is TechSolutions Group N.V. The brand you see in the browser is BetLabel. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact channels at the end of this page.
What data we collect
We collect account data that you type during registration: name, date of birth, email, phone number where provided, address, username, and password in stored form. We collect verification data when a check is required: copies of identity documents, proof of address, and payment ownership checks. We collect transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, method tokens, amounts, timestamps, and status codes. We collect play data: bets, stakes, odds, game rounds, bonuses claimed, and device logs needed to secure the account.
We also collect technical data that your browser or app sends: IP address, device type, browser type, language, approximate location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, and error logs. If you contact support, we collect the message content, attachments, and the ticket history. If you take part in a survey or a voluntary KYC call, we collect the answers you give.
We do not ask for data we do not need for the service. We do not buy marketing lists in order to create accounts for people who never asked for one. We do not request special category data such as health records as a condition of play. If you volunteer extra information in a support chat, that text becomes part of the ticket.
Why we use the data
We use account and verification data to create the profile, confirm that you are an adult, reduce fraud, and meet anti-money laundering duties that apply to licensed gaming. We use transaction data to move funds, detect chargebacks, and keep a record for audits. We use play data to settle bets, apply bonus rules, display history, and improve product stability. We use technical data to keep sessions secure, block restricted locations, and diagnose outages. We use support data to answer you and to train staff on recurring issues.
Marketing is a separate purpose. We send product emails and app alerts only when you have a valid basis under the law that applies to you, such as consent or a narrow service update. You can turn off promotional messages in account settings or through the unsubscribe link. Service messages about security, payouts, and rule changes can still be sent because they are part of the contract.
Legal bases and sharing
Different laws describe legal bases in different words. In practice we rely on the need to perform the account contract, the need to meet legal duties that apply to a licensed operator, the need to protect the platform against abuse, and consent where a choice is real, such as optional cookies or optional newsletters.
We share data with companies that help run the service: payment processors, identity check providers, game studios that need a session token to launch a title, hosting and security vendors, and professional advisers bound by confidentiality. We share data with authorities when the law requires it or when a valid order is served. We do not sell your personal data as a product.
Some providers are outside your home country. Transfers are protected by contracts and by the security measures those providers accept. If a studio hosts a live table in another region, the table still receives only the data needed to seat you and to settle the round.
Retention, security, and your rights
We keep account and transaction records for as long as the license, tax, and anti-money laundering rules require, which is longer than the life of an active password. When a retention period ends and no legal hold remains, we delete or anonymise the record. Backups expire on a shorter operational cycle but cannot be edited in place.
Security measures include encrypted transport, restricted staff access, monitoring for unusual login patterns, and verification before high-risk changes. No online service is free of risk. You still need a unique password and a private email inbox.
Subject to local law, you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction of inaccurate fields, a restriction of some processing, an objection to optional marketing, and a deletion request where no legal retention applies. You can also file a complaint with a data protection authority in your country. Send account rights requests through support so we can match the request to the correct profile. We may need to verify that the requester is the account holder.
Children and automated decisions
The service is for adults only. If we learn that a profile belongs to a minor, we close it and remove data that the law allows us to remove. Do not share the login with anyone under the legal age.
Some checks are automated: location blocks, bonus abuse flags, and payment risk scores. These checks exist to protect the platform and to meet legal duties. If a check affects you and you believe it is wrong, contact support and ask for a human review. A review does not guarantee a different outcome if the underlying fact is confirmed.
Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar tools include local storage, pixels, and software development kits in a mobile app. This policy uses "cookies" as a single word for all of those tools.
Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies keep you logged in, route you to the correct language, remember the bet slip while you move between pages, and protect the session against theft. The site cannot run without this group. They are set on the basis of the service you asked for.
Preference cookies remember settings you choose, such as odds format, dark or light theme if offered, and whether the live chat window stays open. They are optional in principle, but turning them off means you will repeat those choices on the next visit.
Analytics cookies help us see which pages load slowly, which markets are opened, and where the registration form is abandoned. They use aggregated or pseudonymous identifiers. They do not give a studio the right to read your password.
Marketing cookies measure whether a banner led to a registration and allow partners to limit how often you see the same advert. They are optional. If you refuse them, you can still open an account. You may still see generic adverts that are not based on your profile.
How to control cookies
The first visit can show a banner with a choice. You can change that choice later in the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser. Deleting a necessary cookie will log you out. A browser "do not track" signal is honored where the law and the technical setup allow it. It does not block every server log needed for security.
Third-party studios and live tables may set their own cookies when a game launches. Those cookies follow the studio policy. If you block all third-party cookies, some games will not start. That is a technical limit, not a penalty.
We keep a current list of cookie names in the cookie settings panel because names change when a vendor updates a tag. The categories above stay stable even when a single file name changes.
Betting Rules
These betting rules apply to sports, virtual sports, and related markets on BetLabel. Casino games follow the rules inside each title and the general terms below. If a sport has a special annex, the annex wins for that sport.
Acceptance of bets
A bet is an offer until the system accepts it. Acceptance is shown in the bet history with a ticket number, the odds, the stake, and the market text. If the connection drops before acceptance, check history before you place the same selection again. A screenshot of the slip is not proof of acceptance.
We can refuse or limit a bet at any time. Common reasons include market suspension, obvious pricing error, location conflict, bonus restriction, or liability control. A refused bet does not create a right to the advertised odds.
The minimum and maximum stake are shown on the slip or in the market. Maximum payouts can apply per ticket, per event, or per day. If a ticket would exceed a payout cap, the extra amount is not payable.
Odds, errors, and voids
Odds can change until acceptance. After acceptance, the locked odds apply unless the bet is void. An obvious error includes a price that is wildly out of line with the true market, a reversed home and away label, a duplicate market with contradictory results, or a settlement that ignores an official score.
If an obvious error is found before the event ends, we can void the bet and return the stake. If it is found after settlement, we can correct the ticket to the price or result that should have applied. We do not use this clause to rewrite a fair price that simply lost.
A bet is void and the stake is returned when the event is abandoned and not completed in the period stated for that sport, when both participants were named incorrectly, or when the market is cancelled because no official result exists. If one leg of a multiple is void, the multiple usually continues with the remaining legs at reduced odds, unless the sport annex says the whole ticket is void.
Live betting and official results
Live bets are accepted only while the market is open. A goal, a card, a timeout, or a data delay can trigger a short suspension. Bets accepted before a material event stay valid. Bets that slip through during a suspension can be voided.
Results follow the official governing body or the data source named for that sport at the end of the scheduled playing time, including added time where that time counts for the market. Unless a market text says otherwise, extra time and penalties do not count for full-time 1X2 or full-time totals. Player markets follow official statistics. If those statistics are later corrected, we can resettle within a reasonable window.
Walkovers, forfeits, and postponed events follow the sport annex. As a default, a match that starts and is then abandoned before a result can be decided is void on undecided markets. Markets that are already determined, such as first goal scored, can still stand.
Cash-out, each-way, and systems
Cash-out is an optional offer. The value can change or disappear. Accepting cash-out settles the ticket at the displayed amount. A cash-out that fails because the market moved is not a completed settlement.
Each-way bets, where offered, split the stake between win and place. Place terms are shown on the market. System bets settle each combination on its own. Dead heat rules reduce the return when more than one selection shares a finishing position.
Responsible use of the sportsbook
You must be the person who owns the account. You must not use insider information that is not public. You must not collude to distort a market. We can void tickets and close accounts when those rules are broken. Match-fixing reports are shared with the relevant sporting and regulatory bodies.
Terms and Conditions
These terms form the contract for use of BetLabel. They apply to the website, the mobile app, and any related service that uses your account. If you do not agree, do not register and do not deposit.
Eligibility and the account
You must be at least 18 years old, or older if your country sets a higher age for gambling. You must have legal capacity to contract. You must not be a resident of, or located in, a territory we block. You must not be a person who is self-excluded on this brand or who is prohibited by law from gambling.
One person may hold one account. We treat linked accounts that share a device, address, payment method, or identity document as a single household unless you can show a genuine separate use. Duplicate accounts can be closed. Balances on extra accounts can be removed when they were created to farm bonuses or to avoid limits.
You must provide true details and keep them current. You must keep the password secret. Activity on the account is treated as your activity. Tell support at once if you think the login was used by someone else.
Funds, bonuses, and payouts
Money in the account is held for play and for withdrawal under these terms. It does not earn interest. It is not a bank deposit in the consumer banking sense. Bonus funds are not cash until they convert under the offer rules.
Deposits must come from a method in your name. We can reverse a deposit that arrives from a third party. We can request source-of-funds documents when the law or the risk profile requires it. Withdrawals can be paid only to a method we accept and, where required, only after verification.
Bonus terms sit next to these general terms. If you claim an offer, you also accept the wagering, weighting, expiry, max stake, and max cash-out rules on that offer. Irregular play, low-risk cycling between opposite outcomes, and abuse of software errors can void a bonus and the related winnings.
We can set or change deposit limits, withdrawal limits, and market limits. We can hold a withdrawal while a review is open. We do not have to explain every internal risk signal in detail when doing so would help a person evade controls. We will say whether we need a document, a delay, or a final decision.
Games, software, and interruptions
Casino games are supplied by third-party studios. The studio rules decide the outcome of a round. If a game crashes after the server has locked a result, that result stands. If a game never starts, the stake returns. We can remove a title when a studio contract ends or when a game fails a fairness check.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, DDoS events, and local internet failures can happen. If a sports market cannot be settled because official data is missing, the void rules apply. If you suffer a device failure, check history before repeating a stake.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use bots, scrapers, or hidden automation to place bets or to claim offers. You must not attack the site. You must not insult staff or other players in chat. You must not use stolen payment data. You must not launder money through the cashier. You must not advertise unofficial mirrors of the brand.
A breach can lead to a warning, a bonus removal, a temporary lock, a permanent closure, and a report to a payment provider or an authority. Serious fraud can lead to funds being withheld where the law allows that step.
Closure, changes, and liability
You can ask us to close the account. We can close it for inactivity, for legal reasons, or for breach. After closure, pending bets that were already accepted will settle under the betting rules. Remaining cash that is not subject to a hold can be withdrawn through a verified method.
We can change these terms, the betting rules, and the bonus rules. Material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use after the date of change is acceptance of the new text for later activity. If you do not accept a change, stop using the account and request closure.
The platform is provided for entertainment. We do not accept liability for lost profit, lost chance, or indirect loss. We do not accept liability for studio or payment-provider outages beyond the return of an unspent stake or an unprocessed deposit where that return is possible. Nothing in this text limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that the law says cannot be limited.
If a clause is held invalid, the rest of the contract stays in force. The license jurisdiction and the operator named on the site govern the product, subject to mandatory consumer rules in your country. Disputes start with customer support. If support cannot resolve the issue, you can use the complaints path described in the licence materials and any alternative dispute channel that the operator publishes.
Intellectual property and links
The BetLabel name, layout, text, and graphics belong to the operator or to licensors. You may not copy them for a commercial site. Game names and studio logos belong to those studios. Links to third-party help organizations or payment brands are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms.
Contacts
Use the official site login to reach support. Live chat is the fastest path for a cashier or document question. Email is better for a long case with attachments. Do not send full card numbers in chat. Do not send password text at all.
When you write, include the registered email, the account ID if you have it, the ticket number of any earlier case, and a short timeline. For a betting dispute, include the bet ID, the event name, and the time of acceptance. For a payment dispute, include the method, the amount, and the exact time of the request. Clear files reduce the number of replies needed.
The operator is TechSolutions Group N.V. The brand is BetLabel. The remote gaming license is issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under number OGL/2024/590/0758. License questions that cannot be solved by support can be directed through the channels published by that authority and through the complaints process described in the licence documents.
Postal and registered-office details for the operator are those listed on the official company and license records. Because those records can be updated, treat the live footer of the site and the license register as the current address block. Do not send original passports by post unless support specifically asks for a method other than a secure upload.
If you need help with responsible play, use the limit and exclusion tools in the account first, then contact support to confirm that the lock is active. If you need medical or debt advice, use a local professional service. Support can close an account. It cannot replace a clinician or a financial counsellor.
How to read this page with the home page
The home page is a commercial description of sports betting, casino games, registration, payments, and bonuses. This legal page is the rulebook. If a promotional sentence and a rule disagree, the rule wins. If a bonus card and the bonus terms disagree, the bonus terms win. If a sport market text and the general betting rules disagree, the market text wins for that ticket.
Keep a personal copy of any version you relied on when you placed a large bet or claimed a large offer. Platforms update text as products change. Your bet history remains the record of what was accepted. Your job is to read before you click. Our job is to publish the rules in a place you can find without a hunt through hidden menus.
Questions about privacy, cookies, betting settlement, account terms, or contact routes can all start with the same support form. Ask one question per ticket when you can. A focused ticket is easier to escalate and easier to resolve.
